Staging to Sell
We understand that preparing an empty property for sale can be a stressful experience.
Staged & Sold provide a complete hands-free furniture rental package, along with soft furnishings, artwork and professional styling to take the pressure from you.
We highly recommend that you stage before valuation, as this will lead to a higher agreed price and you will receive far more on-line viewings if your property stands out from the competition.
We also appreciate timing can be difficult with busy lives. To minimise the stress, we collect the keys and the installation is complete within 24-48 hours. We just ask for 10 days notice.

There is a six week minimum rental period, which can be extended on a reduced rate for further four week periods.
