“Jo was commissioned to redesign our living room. It is quite a large space with a great view of the garden but with a rather odd L-shaped layout. We had it currently divided into 2 separate spaces but she immediately knew how to bring the spaces together to make the room flow a lot better. We gave her some colour scheme ideas and she produced some wonderful mood boards with fantastic furniture ideas. The 3D models she provided also made it much easier to visualise the finished article and we are now in the throes of carrying out her design. Jo was very flexible with her ideas and just an all round lovely and talented person to work with.”

“Showroom Refurbishment”
“Staged & Sold came recommended to me by a landlord colleague who had recently worked with Jo, staging a property. We have a bed showroom and were aiming to attract more luxury brands to work with and display. To do this, we wanted to completely refurbish the showroom and we needed help creating a vision for the new look. Jo came to visit and immediately suggested changes/ideas with ways to improve the showroom, starting with the layout. She later backed up her thoughts with models which gave us an opportunity to compare ideas and really see how the new showroom could look. She educated us on the importance of creating a “feel” within our showroom and she achieved this by sourcing/recommending interior touches – which saved us a considerable amount of time and really helped the overall look of the showroom. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jo to anyone selling a home, or needing an interior make over. “Full house staging”
“I had a 4 bed property that had been rented out for 10 years unfurnished but wanted to put it to market. Realising that it is hard for people to visualise empty rooms in a house on line, I contacted Jo to have it staged and I’m extremely glad I did. I was on a tight schedule and a logistical problem of being 250 miles from the property but from the start, Jo made the whole process flow and managed to stick to the deadline dates. From recommending paint colours to room layout she took the stress away of turning the property around. From a tired, empty property, she created a beautiful space throughout with stunning vision.
